Edible glitter and luster dust, explained

Some people call it edible glitter, others call it luster dust or edible sparkles. Ours is a sparkly glitter made with FDA-compliant, mica-based pearlescent pigments. It is tasteless, odorless, vegan and gluten-free, every batch is tested for heavy metals and microbes, and every jar holds twice what most brands sell for the same price.

Edible glitter for drinks

Stir a small pinch of drink glitter into a cocktail, a liqueur or a mocktail mixer and the whole glass turns into a slow, swirling shimmer. It is the cocktail glitter bartenders use for spirits and signature drinks, and a 10 g jar covers dozens of glasses.

Edible glitter for cakes

Brush edible luster dust onto fondant, buttercream, macarons and cookie icing for a sparkling finish. For bolder color, mix it with a few drops of clear alcohol or lemon extract and paint it on. It works as edible cake glitter and edible baking glitter alike.

Luster dust for drinks and desserts

Use luster dust to rim a cocktail glass, dust candy or finish a frosted dessert. Gold luster dust is our best seller, a warm edible gold dust that turns any drink or cake into a centerpiece.

Edible glitter spray

Every color also comes in a 10 g and 50 g pump spray. It puffs an even coat of edible sparkles over cakes, cupcakes and cookie icing, and it is the easiest way to add shimmer to a whole tray at once.
